The first course of action must be taking the car to the authorized dealer for repair. If you continue to have problems no matter how well the dealer claims to have fixed the defect, then talk to the service manager. If your problem is still not solved, then you should call or write to the manufacturer yourself.
Be sure to save all of the repair orders from the dealership. It is important that your papers show the dates the car was dropped off for the particular repairs and the dates that you picked up the car when the problems were alledgedly repaired. The dealer should have written the problems with the car as it was described in your words. If the manufacturer does not solve your problem adequately, then it is time to contact a lemon law lawyer.
